RSM interview questions

On campus interview. Talked briefly about my resume then mostly about the job itself. Interviewer was my eventual supervisor. Very friendly and relaxing environment. Had a 2nd interview with the director which was pretty casual, talked about my interests.

Very relaxed started off with an on campus interview with a partner no technical questions but should know they are the leader provider for the middle market. Really just want to get to know you. Only way you can mess up is by being too nervous and giving them a reason to not hire you because you might not work well in groups
