Interview
The assessment centre was tough for this service line. The group exercise followed by the interview tested both your attitude towards other people and your technical capabilities. In particular your knowledge of the role. If you passed this section you were moved on to the case study. This was a difficult case study for time. You were also required to show how you handled a lack of data. I think what was important here was to tell the interviewer after about what you could do rather than what you did do.

Interview
Phone screening with HR. Three interviews with an associate, a manager, and a director. Each person I interviewed with focused on difference aspects (personality, technical, professional experience). This interview also required a ~2 hour accounting diagnostic test with a focus on journal entries, debits and credits, as well as basic financial reporting. Total interview process was about 4 hours.

Interview
Applied online and then was asked to complete numerical and situational judgement tests. Once I had passed the tests I was invited to complete a video interview. The video interview was difficult and was comprised of 4 two-minute answer block, each containing four questions to cover. With credit to RSM, the overall application process was quick.
