RSM interview questions

It was one to one interview with the partner and HR advisor. After the interview I was offered a job; had to negotiate with the salary which was then agreed in half way mark.

I attended the Summer Leadership program. It was just like most Public Accounting SLP's: brainwashing you as to why they are the greatest. I didn't get good vibes with the office or culture. It seems they haven't found their "fit" as RSM vs. McGladrey. The staff are fake and are secretly judging you the entire time. Towards the end, they separate you into which service line you want to work in.
