RSM interview questions

First I had a phone interview, it was very simple. After that they wanted me to visit their office for another interview. At the office there were 3 interviews an each was 30 minutes. It was with different employers. It did not feel like an interview, it was very conversational. They mostly want to know about yourself.

This was a group interview. Everyone professionally socialized while waiting for individual interviews. You were able to choose a morning or afternoon interview, though I advise you take the morning interview. By the end of the day, everyone is exhausted. Interns and associates socialized in a room with us while we waited for our interviewers. The individual interviews lasted around 30 minutes each, though mine went over a bit. Everyone was friendly and just wanted to know about you, your goals and why you want to work with RSM. Lay everything on the table with confidence and humbleness and you will do amazing!
