Interview
Lasted about 2 weeks. I applied through campus recruiting and interviewed on campus with a partner.
Easy interview we talked about travel.
Office visit included 3 interviews - 1 partner, 2 managers.
Partner told me that most staff leave within a year or two because that's the business structure...there are a lot less senior roles than staff roles.
No technical questions.
A lot of emphasis on teamwork.

Interview
Recruiters are regularly are campus and eager to meet all the accounting students. They were very friendly to me, and the interviews seemed more like conversations. There were social nights to meet everyone, followed by an on-campus interview, then by two more interviews on the same day a week or two later. The second round interviews had one large group of interviewers and interviewees that rotated between each other.
