RSM interview questions

Lots of meetings and panels with various partners including competency, technical and general conversations. The various tax partners were all fantastic, kind and very knowledgeable. They were different to that of the big 4 with respect to being open to a more tailored broad approach rather than focussed specialisms.

The interview was conducted online via Teams with standard graduate-level questions. I appreciated the opportunity to speak with a senior manager, which provided valuable insight into the role and team.
