I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2013
Interview
Very relaxed interview process - mostly conversational. Focused seemed to be on hiring people who were easy to get along with.I was interviewed by a partner on-campus and then I was invited to the office for two additional interviews (another partner and a manager).

Interview
It was a pretty laid back interview. Did not ask much "interview" type of questions. It was mostly a conversation to get know your personality better. I met with a partner and a senior manager and both conversations were really friendly.

Interview
The location I applied for had a great office environment. I had two interviews which lasted a little over an hour (total). It felt like we were having a conversation rather than an interview. They wanted to get to know me and see if my character would be a fit for their team. We found common interests and carried conversations through that. My suggestion is to research the company and ask as many questions as you can. That way you can get a better understanding if they're a great fit for you, and vice-versa. After the interview was over, I was given a quick tour of the office and an opportunity to meet other employees. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. A week later, HR emailed me my acceptance.
