Interview
I applied to a role on their website, recruiter reached out to me independently the next day via LinkedIn and told me she wasn't necessarily looking at applicants but was searching LinkedIn, so I'd recommend finding their recruiters on LinkedIn. Each recruiter may be different so your mileage may vary.
Initial screening was the next day and then had a 1 on 1 a week or two later, then two weeks after that had a panel interview (4-5 1 on 1s). Then two weeks later had a final 1 on 1 with the director.
Wouldn't have minded a bit more communication on timing from the recruiters, I did sometimes feel like I was being left in the dark, but am sure they are talking to tons of people.
When the offer was being prepared the recruiter called and gave me a salary range and asked where I felt I should be in the range which I really appreciated.

Interview
The interview process started with a phone screen with a recruiter. Unfortunately the recruiter skipped the first 2 interviews without any notice, and then finally showed up for the third without apologizing. The next interview was with a manager was the most unprofessional I have had in 20+ years. The manager who interviewed me had zero interviewing skills and seemed very uncomfortable. No meaningful questions about my resume. A lot of rambling, and then launched into a "quiz" with 5 minutes left in the interview. He got very disinterested when I tried to ask a couple of questions. Not sure if this is typical for Rivian, but this young man was way out of his league.
