Rivian Engineer interview questions

Three step process: 1. HR Phone Screen 2. Phone Interview with Hiring Manager 3. In person Interviews at Rivian HQ The worst organized interview processes I have experienced. HR took days to respond after given times for first interview. Hiring manager missed first scheduled meeting time. Interviewers at Rivian HQ were late for interview times. No offer to put me up in a hotel for the interviews. No offer to reimburse mileage. After all that, no further communication after the in person Interviews even after several emails to both the HR and hiring manager.
