Rivian interview questions

I interviewed with manager and did final stage with team. The recruiter said that he will consider my profile for other roles if this doesn't work out. I was ghosted for week and got automated rejection after multiple follow-ups with him. He did not have the courtsey to call me to reject

Interview with the director went well he said he would send an email to the recruiter to move forward with my application. Next day rejection email.
