Pretty standard, 2 screening, 1 technical, final round consisting of 3 tech + 1 behavioral
HR is very responsive and conducted the process smoothly and timely manner.
People are really passionate and driven which makes working everyday a pleasure.
Entire process took 9 weeks from application to final round. Recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, take home assignment, virtual on-site block of 4 hours to meet with multiple people in a row.
Everyone was fairly nice overall. It took a long time between steps to get feedback or decisions. I had to reach out myself more than once at different steps.
I was told that they give a take-home and don't do live-coding since it's not a good indicator of how well someone does on the job. Then during the on-site there was a live-coding session.
The entire hiring panel for this job was comprised of white men. There was no diversity throughout the entire process.
