Rivian interview questions

I received a call without applying. First interview was with hiring manager which lasted about 40-45 min based on my resume. Then had a 30 min interview with recruiter. Third was final interview of 4 hours with 5 interviewers.

The employee corresponding with me sent me a faulty link to enter my availability. Then, they booked me three different times and never ended up calling me. One time, they emailed me several minutes after our planned starting time that a superior needed to speak with them. Another time, they called a different applicant with the same name and merged our applications together, leaving me in confusion. The third time, I was simply ghosted--no call ever came. HR and university relations at this company are astoundingly incompetent and unprofessional.
