Rivian interview questions

Contact by mail, we arrange a meeting then they waste my time cause they never called, and for sure they didnt answer on LinkedIn. I was reading some reviews from people and they said the same, totally unprofessional HR department

The initial phone screening by HR was professional, respectful, and courteous. The interview with the hiring manager was what I can only describe as the worse interview I've ever had. Very rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. Some of her questions were actually offensive, as she made a lot of assumption about my work ethic and dedication. From the get go, I knew the hiring manager had already dismissed me as a candidate, even though the position area is my subject matter expertise.
