Interview
Had an initial interview with the recruiter who shared with me details about the teams responsibilities and plans for the future. Later that week I was interviewed by the VP and the next week by another person who would have been a peer to this role. The recruiter was very professional and kept me up to date. The entire process was just 8 days and I was very impressed with everyone I interacted with!

Question 1
Q. Tell me about yourself. Specific background questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rivian (San Jose, CA) in Jun 2020
Interview
I was given an online code challenge, followed by another code challenge with an interviewer - but live.
It didn’t work out in the end, which is fine - but the part that was unfortunate was that my recruiter was fast and active about literally everything - except telling me that they weren’t going with me. It's fine, it didn't work out - but I had to text, and email, asking for this result myself after a week of nothing. If I didn’t reach out, I’m 100% convinced they weren’t going to let me know.
