Rivian recruiting seems to be a mess - my interview process dragged out over 3 weeks due to the latency of the recruiter.
Overall the process is a bit much: a 30 minute presentation and 4 45-minute interviews with the rest of the panel. None of the panel interviews were particularly hard-hitting, it was mostly a vibe check with some very broad surface-level questions that were difficult to give a good answer for.
One guy had me do some systems thought process questions about vehicle dynamics.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Rivian (Irvine, CA)
Interview
The interviews process was pretty straight forward. But took a very very very long time for them to contact me for an interview. The second person who interviewed me was asking question not related to the job and seemed like he already didn't want to hire me after. The other 2 people who interviewed me were very nice and professional.
