The company conducted three different interviews. I first received a phone call from HR to discuss the position. Once I agreed it was what I was looking for, I was set up to meet with the manager of my department. First interview was great and he more wanted to know what I was looking for in my next role. The next interview I met with his leads of the office. Within the next few days I met with the overhead and that was a casual interview where I basically understood I would get the position. The official offer was the day after.
