Interview
I had a decent interview with a relaxed manager, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive an offer. I wish I had taken more time to prepare for it effectively.I did apply through linkedin.
First, HR scheduled a video interview to talk about some logistic information and arrange the interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager will introduce the job responsibility and start to ask some behavioral question.

Talk about your past experience related to work cross-functionally
My first phone call with the recruiter went well. I had my 2nd round with the hiring manager. I felt that it could have been more professional. Interviewer's infant was sick and she had to get up and take care of her baby multiple times during a 30 minute interview. I understand that having a newborn is difficult but she kept leaving her seat which broke my flow while I was talking. And every time she used to get back, there was a fresh question( I wasn't done talking about the previous one).
This kept happening during the entire time. I could sense that she was irritated, I don't know if it was me or the baby. I am not sure if she was even listening to what I was saying. I was completely thrown off and lost my track. Icing on the cake, I fumbled while answering a couple of questions at the end of the call.
Worst interview experience I ever had.
