Interview
- Very bad internship process
- First round with HR for general questions, like graduation date, availability etc
- Then transferred to another HR manager for scheduling the interview with hiring manager. I provided availability. But the HR is very unprofessional. It seems she scheduled the appointment for me for X day but scheduled the appointment for HM for Y day separately. And I did not provide any time slot for Y day! On Y day, the HR asked me why you are not showing up?? What the hell? The appointment was tomorrow, OK? There are multiple emails from the company email confirming that!
I communicated with the HR, and she agreed to discuss with the HM, after a week, the HR reached out once again saying the HM is positive to move forward and ask me about my availability. I responded, however, ended with no scheduling. Even worse, several days later, I received a rejection letter saying they changed their direction for the position.
Never Rivian.
