Rivian Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Standard process - hiring manager, phone screen (with system design and technical leetcode medium). Superday had 5 interview , 3 behavioral/resume, 2 technical. One of the interviewers was late and asked the same question as the first round. I told them about it and they did not have a back up so we did a resume discussion,. Last technical was a graph based, more mathematical question type

Very timely process. Took four weeks with something each week. Straightforward interview. Learned an interviewing strategy from this experience that I want to adapt in my next job when I'm interviewing candidates.
