Rivian Senior Software Engineer interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and we connected to set up an initial interview. I was told it was going to be a 45 min phone interview but they ended up changing it to an hour and 45 min video call. A couple hours before that interview was scheduled, they rescheduled the interview with an unclear email. I was a bit taken aback, but I passed that interview and went onto the "second and final round". They switched recruiters on me during this process who I was assured had many years of experience and that I'd be in good hands. The second recruiter was late to our call and was aloof during our conversation. They told me that they scheduled my interviews out of order and that I'd have to do 3 rounds in total. Got ghosted after this round, even after I followed up. Overall, poor scheduling and poor communication on the recruiters' part. Don't know if I just got unlucky or they treat all their candidates like this, but really poor form coming from a company that just IPO'd. Would not recommend.
