Interview
I had a first video recorded interview online that was the first stage for the application process. A second phase in September that consisted of an introduction, a group activity (the task was to decide how to survive on an abandoned island) and give a presentation about yourself (explaining why you want to work in sage, your capabilities and what can Sage offer you), finalising with a 50' interview with average and technical questions.

Interview
I applied for the role and was given a video interview. It was very easy to get started. It involved 5-6 questions. They invited me to an assessment which was held online due to the COVID-19 Situation. It was very relaxed, everyone was extremely friendly. I and others had to take part in a team activity which showed the assessors our team working skills and mindset behind making decisions. I then had a one hour interview with two lovely people from Sage about my experience and had to do a small presentation.
They are lovely people and I definitely recommend Sage as they are a great company.

Interview
After submitting and application the hiring team reached out to schedule an interview. However, day of they notified me that the hiring team member I was to meet with was busy and that because the whole team was busy that week they were no putting a hold on interviews. I reached out with some questions about the future status of the role and they did not respond.
