Interview for CSM in Hyderabad. First round was good and meaningful discussion with Sr. manager. Second round was a Technical interview and was conducted by candidates with overall less industry experience. Ladies in the panel did not understand the basic english and being in customer facing role themselves for US region had strong native indian accent.
