Screening, then calls with various team members. The overall process was fairly typical but drawn out. It then seemed to stall out - very hard to tell what is happening from a candidate standpoint.

A few rounds of interviews. All nice people and reasonable. Typical software company in asking for a technical demo presentation without giving any learning materials. Felt more like a technical test than sales which is ultimately what let me down.
