I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Salesforce (Hyderabad) in Sep 2020
Interview
Not so friendly and very robotic process
Hr doesn't respond inspite of so many follow-ups. Finally, I received a rejection mail
"We discussed your assignment and assessed our applicants, and unfortunately we will not be moving forward with your candidacy for the Staff Technical Writer position at this time. We have decided to pursue candidates whose skills are more closely aligned to the immediate needs of the team."
My only concern here is: was the HR/recruitment team sleeping when they were scanning for candidates? Why did they not think that my skills were not suitable in the first stage! Salesforce, you claim about so many rigorous strategies of selecting candidates -- it's just an eye wash!
You surely need to rework on your strategies.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Salesforce in Dec 2019
Interview
First round included completing a questionnaire given by the recruiter and sending writing samples. Fortunately, I moved onto the next and final round of a virtual 45-min interview with my incoming manager.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2020
Interview
The entire hiring process was great! After being referred, I was sent a questionnaire over Gmail. After this, I had a Content Challenge, a 2-person panel interview and another interview. On qualifying this, I had another interview and a final 2-person interview. All of these were over Google Meet. The interviewees were extremely polite, courteous and supportive. At every step, Salesforce was very accommodative and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience.
