this Company could not survive in the digital age with old mentality. schindler group is not open to hire new generation talents. The reason is quite simple, old ones want to protect their own statusquo and they find new generation talents risks for their status quo. HR process is very slow , it has been approximately 2,5 months to get an answer reject after 4 interview, very unprofessional. they dont know what they want.
Moreover, after 4 interview process, they informed me 3 weeks or 4 weeks later (although they said within a week will get back to you) after last face to face interview. HR did not commit to what they say . This mentality is hinder for growth of Schindler Group. I am pretty sure that this mentality will not survive in the future. It is always happened in each transformation phase of each industrial companies.
