Scotiabank Financial Advisor Trainee interview questions

I had a pre-screen discussion interview and a in persona interview, took approx three weeks in total. If you will get to the in person interview step, it will be easy and yes most chance you will be hired.

Started with an online application, received a call for a telephone interview a week later. The phone interview is very informal and a recruiter asks you basic questions about your current situation, determines whether your qualified based on your schedule flexibility, salary expectations etc. tells you more about the company, the benefits and the responsibilities of the position. From there i was fastracked to the personality test online, once completed i received an email for an in person interview 2 days later.
