I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
The full interview consisted three parts. First was a video recording interview, where I record my answers, the questions were quite basic. The second interview was with a HR asking mainly behavioral questions. I found them a bit difficult because I don't have much experiences as a salesperson. I am still waiting for the third interview.
