I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Scotiabank (London, ON)
Interview
Interviewed with branch manager, the interview was a few behavioural questions but mostly just a conversation. The financial advisor position is a sales role, and the manager i interviewed with mentioned that your personality and confidence in social situations is more important than your knowledge and experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Coquitlam, BC) in Aug 2016
Interview
it takes 2 weeks to finish entire interview process. I got telephone interview after questionnaire and personality test. There are no surprise. All of them are behaviour questions. After that, I had a interview panel. They just ask you about lots of scenario question which are very tricky. Be sensitive and think well in your head before speak out.
