Scotiabank interview questions

I submitted an application for PBO through their website. I was contacted by an HR staff about 2 weeks later and scheduled me for phone interview. There were 2 phone interviews. The first one consisted of question about me and my interests towards the company. It took about half an hour. After the 1st phone interview, I was told that the HR staff would like to schedule me for a second phone interview. Meanwhile, she asked me to do a Personality Test online. I had my second phone interview the next day. The interview consisted of many behavioral questions (i.e. Give me a time where you......). There were many of them, approximately 10-15. In which I had to present to the interviewer a real life scenario that happened to me, then my actions taken, and the outcome. The 2nd phone interview took about 1 hour. After the 2nd phone interview, the HR staff said besides my application, she would also be doing interviews with many other applicants as well. She said if I am selected, I would be contacted within 2 weeks of time. So, basically I am still waiting for my phone interview results. But I don't think I stand a very high chance, or else I would have been told on the spot that I could move on to next round. So I'll be patient and see. My tip of advice: For 1st interview: know your own history. Because the HR staff will ask you questions based on info you submit (i.e your resume) For 2nd interview: It will definitely be hard if you are unprepared. Try to prepare by searching online for a list of behavioral questions and practice them. In my opinion, that is the best way to prepare. Good luck.

On-campus interview: it was very formal. Fit questions and behavior questions 2nd panel interview: meet with executives - why Scotia? Why banking? Give me an example when you face a difficult situation, how did you overcome the challenge and what was the outcome?
