Shell interview questions

Professional presentation + structured interview to assess personality and experience, if I recall correctly following the STAR method. I felt very comfortable during the entire process, also because I know it advance about the interview method employed hence I rehearsed the types of questions they might ask. Especially on the personality / experience assessment, this can make a world of difference. Also, the interview panel was professional throughout.

First day is general presentation while the second day is real life test. It followed by personality interview questions and answers. The answer be answered based on real life experience and star approach or technique needs to be used to answer the question.
