Shopee Business Analyst interview questions

the process has 3 round: 1. hr will call u and give u the SQL test .this process is about more than one month 2.the group leader will interview u 3.the manager interview

The interview was not a really great experience because all they asked about was information regarding my old employer. They didn't focus on my skills or what I could contribute and even brush off all my experiences and just wanted insider information on my previous employer. I personally don't feel it is a company that would encourage rotation or career growth from the interview.
