The whole hiring process took a little bit over a month. Applied online through company's career site and got an email from HR within a week. The followings are the hiring process for my role:
1. Phone call interview with HR
2. Interview with the Team Leader and Category Manager
3. Background and reference check
Interviews are pretty straightforward and there were a few case study to test your understanding of the role and e-commerce in general. HR was very helpful in coordinating even though it will take some time for them to get back to you for the next step. Overall, positive interview experience.
