Shopee Category Manager interview questions

There's no certain process for sure! I was given a real data analytic case to test my on-the-daily-job-skill I guess. But that's about it! Then I was interviewed by the Head of BD. He only asked behavioral questions that made me wonder what they were really looking for.

The first interview was with a medium manager, who asked questions about my motivation and past experiences. I also did a case during the interview. In the second interview I was asked to use a laptop to answer some analysis questions . And then I had a talk with a senior manager. The questions were pretty like the ones in the first interview. I did another case as well.
