Shopee Cross Border E-Commerce interview questions

The Interview went smoothly and the interviewer was nice. I think both sides enjoyed the moment. However, the HR Department changed the hiring policy just after the interview and stayed silent until I reached them. In other words, not so professional in fact.

First interview was over the phone with HR, was a nice chat to get more information about you. Not much information about the job. Waited close 35-40 minutes for the interviewer to come, first was with the team lead was very good. However the next interview with the department was honestly atrocious, half the time he was on his phone under the table not responsive to anything related to the the interview. But do take note that it is likely to be a work environment with a high population of Chinese nationals so if you don’t have a good and strong command of Chinese your chances of survival seems v Low
