Shopee Project Manager interview questions

Very nice experience. The manager and interviewers are nice still professional. I have three phone interviews, two of them are PM and the final round was PM manager. I have prepared keynote to present my background and experiences. btw, HR is very friendly and I felt respected.

2 rounds: Phone interview with HR, then the on-site interview with the product lead. HR did the background check in the phone interview and the whole process is pretty professional. The on-site interview was nice. The product lead and team leader spoke in English in the first place and turned to use Chinese in the middle of the interview. It's interesting, but I'm fine with that either way.
