Shopee Project Manager interview questions

4 rounds. Applied for this role although I had no prior experience in PM. 1st round was by HR. HR was not very responsive throughout the process when I had questions. 2nd round was a case study/test. I passed this round so I proceeded to the 3rd round. 3rd round was by PM in the team. Interviewer was friendly. Unfortunately I failed this round but I expected it given that I was unable to answer the specific PM-related questions during the interview. Final round would be head of PM if you pass this round.

I interviewed for several roles, and had different experiences when trying for each team. Of note, however, was my recruiter Kay Yan, who was very professional and helpful. She even went the extra mile to provide me with feedback on how I could improve.
