I applied online and the next 2 weeks I got an email to take a Math Test. After a few hours, I got an email again that said passed Math Test and going to have a phone interview with HR in the next 2 days. The interview went so well

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Shopee (Kuala Lumpur) in Dec 2019
Interview
The whole process took about 6 weeks. Applied through Glassdoor on the first week, and got a call from HR 2 days later for screening purposes. The conversation took about 30 mins asking about your work background and experience simply to know whether you are suitable for the position you applied or not.
I waited for about 3 weeks for the HR to get back to me because it was campaign season and year end. On the 4th week i was scheduled for a f2f interview with the hiring manager. The interview went smoothly. They asked about:
1. Work experience ( it took me 40 mins to explain my work experience in detail)
2. Why Shopee?
What i love most was that the hiring manager explained in detail regarding the jobscope and the workflow for me to get a clearer understanding and to see if it matches both our expectations for the position i applied. All my questions were answered as well, so it was a two way communication.
The 5th week i got call from Shopee saying that they would like to offer me the position i applied. I signed the offer letter on the 6th week.

Interview
Probably one of the worst interviews I have ever experienced. HR called me and we had a quick interview over the phone and then they invited me to in for a 1:1. Before the interview, HR mentioned that no one got along with one of the managers (the person who was going to interview me) and that they were difficult to work with - great first impression, Shopee? The interview was extremely redundant, there were two managers who interviewed me and they were extremely rude and arrogant. They had a case study for me to complete but could not answer any questions I asked - it also had NOTHING to do with e-commerce. One of the managers also rolled her eyes the entire time and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
Dear candidate, we are sorry to hear that you did not have an enjoyable interview experience with us. We would like to apologise that the first impression you had of us was not good and the interview information was not accurate.
