Starbucks Store Manager interview questions

I applied on line through a hiring website. I was contacted that same day by a recruiter for a 30 minute phone interview. I had to take a 30-45 minute skills test before setting up a 45-60 minute in-person interview with 2 district managers.

They called me too set up a phone interview . No one never called me so I called and left a voice / email. The person is 10 min late too the phone interview .
