Great first interview and prep leading up to the interview. Online survey to give you an idea of the role and the Starbucks way. Very personable and firendly recruiter. The interview took place at a Starbuckls location. They asked for a lot of feedback and was very welcoming to questions. Feel that Starbucks genuinely cares for their associates and the development of the company.

You will interview with a District Manager other than your own and will require only one interview if internally promoted.
