I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Calgary, AB) in Jan 2015
Interview
Very articulate interview process on a website, with many questions about job, approach and leadership. After the web process, one of the best I have seen, I had a phone interview. During the interview the hiring manager had the wrong resume and he asked me why I wanted to change my job after only a year, and I explained the reason. After the call he didn't call and reply to my email about the process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Mobile, AL) in Apr 2011
Interview
Pretty straightforward 3 interview process. Did one skype interview, then sit down twice with DM. They ask a lot of real world experience questions, and how do you deal with certain sitauation questions.
