Interview
Filled out online applications, and filled out an extensive personality and behavior online test. There was a lot of back and forth on the phone with the recruiter. After a couple of phone interview, met with panel of district managers who had a sit down interview with myself. Then after a month I met with another district manager who was the one that eventually hired me and lastly there was one last, phone interview with regional director. Everything was very organized and the questions were standardized.

Interview
After years of working as a barista & supervisor, I was approached by my store manager about developing into a management position. Interviewed with three different district managers on two separate occasions. After the second interview I was offered the position, contingent upon a background check. I had to option to accept or decline the location of a store with an open position in a different part of the city.

After applying Online and completing a VTJ, I received a call the next day from HR hiring manager, she conducted a brief interview, like why starbucks? How many year experience i have as a manager? Salary questions; the she stated to check my email to schedule date and time i would be available to conduct a 30min interview & if everything goes well ill meet with a panel of DMs to have an in person interview. I ended up doing about 4 interviews. Which honestly was fairly easy.
