First off I did not make it to the interview because of an online assessment so as that was my experience i am going to start there. The assessment which is what I am sure screened my out was a horrible experience. It asks me to rate things as most and least and offers one of the most subjective tests out there. I am someone that values company time and customer base, wants to help people learn, and STILL make a profit. But because (and i am assuming still that it was the assessment that screened me out) because of that I couldn't show my true potential. I am a MBA student who received a degree in leadership and organizational management, , loves working and interacting with customers, and was applying for a business analyst position that should have been a good fit. But because of this "rank most and least" and "what would your boss say" I was quickly screened out. Please take the time to interview candidates before you throw them to the surveys.

Straight forward, typical phone interview with standard questions. I only received the phone interview but I found the interviewer to be very knowledgeable about the company and role. I didn't feel that they were looking for any got you moments, just are you qualified on paper and can you back up those on paper attributes with actual knowledge.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Phone call with the recruiter. I got an email with a positive response and they transferred me to another HR to schedule next call. It was a bit warning that HR used some old template and forgot to change dates and names in it. Call with the hiring manager was canceled a couple of hours before the scheduled time.
