T-Mobile Customer Service Representative interview questions

I had 2 interviews. The first one you have to record yourself answering questions. The second one is virtual with a manager. They ask behavioral based 3 part questions. It took about a week to get the first interview and about a week or two after that to get the second interview. After you get through the interviews there is a criminal back ground check.
