I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T-Mobile
Interview
very laid back, went into the interview well dressed with a resume. Only had one interview. I was called that same day, and received an offer. Before the 1:1 there was a phone screening process. Overall the person interviewing me was very professional

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Richmond, VA) in Oct 2015
Interview
The hiring process for me was long and tedious. Everything was done online. Applied in late September. Did my first interview virtually. It was fun and I couldn't stop laughing. Was invited to Day in a life in early October. It was me and about 20 other people. They gave us a tour of the facility and then a presentation on what to expect. I did not get to be interviewed until a week later. Did my background check. Next came the offer letter. All in all the process took about a month for me.

I applied online. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellingham, WA) in May 2015
Interview
I aced the computer testing, did well on the phone interview and had an invitation to complete an online interview. Did the online interview immediately Thought I did well. Got an email 10 minutes later canceling everything. WEIRD. I was told to apply again in 6 months. Makes me wonder how high the turnover rate is as the hiring sign is ALWAYS up.
