Very thorough: Questions on - project management and governance process, financials (budgets, forecasts, and actuals), how you manage issues and risks. Discussed ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and supporting different time zones (nearshore/offshore).

Interview
The interview process is pretty standard. I had a couple individual interviews and one where there were 2 people interviewing together. The questions were mostly all you would expect "Why do you want this position?" "Why are you the best candidate?" "What are you working on to improve?" etc

I was asked to describe something from a past job and whiteboard out the design basically so interviewer could test my ability to communicate complex information in a simple digestable manner.

Multi-stage process with increasing interview levels. Starts with a gate keeper that has little to no knowledge of the position or its requirements. Upper level interviews are situation based where all kinds of scenarios are asked to be resolved; most of these do not have anything to do with the position or its requirements.
