T-Mobile Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Several interviews with managers that behavior based questions. Emphasis the importance of empathy and taking care of the customers issue with one call.

Applied online and did virtual application, got a call back a couple weeks later. Went in for job interview, was questioned by one supervisor, than double jacked for 20 mins., and than was given a tour, than interviewed again by the head of the training dept. Was given a call back in a week with a job offer.
