T-Mobile Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

At first T-Mobile will do a phone screening. This is important to sound upbeat and friendly to make it in the door. After the screening happens you are interviewed by two management types. All of the questions are based on past experience. You have to answer the questions based on what you have done and not what you would do.

I took all the required tests and attended the Day in the Life. Was then invited for a panel interview, two people sitting across from me. I was told that there might be a lot of silence while they wrote down my response to questions. They wanted the questions answered a certain way and I blew it by answering in general terms. So with all my years of experience I m not offered the job because I didnt fully understand how to answer their questions! Hell I could have just made it up while I went along instead of being honest. Oh well
