The interview itself was great! Very kind managers, an in-depth overview of expectations and the training process. I ended up taking a different job, but overall a good experience. Don't stress about it is my advice!

Very easy-going interview process. They are looking for people who know how to de-escalate tough situations and have strong communication skills. Additionally, they also want people who can be self-driven and are not afraid to take no for an answer.
