I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (West New York, NJ) in Apr 2014
Interview
My interview process was really personal and comfortable. The recruiter that interviewed me was amazing and down to earth and made a professional environment feel fun and exciting. In reality it didn't even feel like an interview but more of a one on one conversation where we found interest that related together and had lengthy conversations giving me and the recruiter lots of interaction.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2015
Interview
It was a very simple 30 minute phone interview. The manager was very impressed that i had wireless background experience and sounded like she wanted to hire me on the spot. She was very positive and giddy throughout the interview and sounded very professional and understanding to any questions I might have had. She made a great interviewing manager however a terrible store manager.
