I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2014
Interview
It was fun I had prior sales experience ,so it the interview less stressful. I was brought to a back office room where I waited to be spoken to. The manager name was Mike he was cool and energetic so we got along great. He then went over the commission numbers to find out if this was something I could do I was surprised how simple it was to make my goal. So he made a offer to me. The next day I was directed to a class for two weeks of training.

They get back to you pretty quickly. There are usually about 3 separate interviews. They ask you to sell them something, in my case it was a "pen." Very straightforward.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Killeen, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied at this location online on a Wednesday and was called for an interview the same day for the following Monday. I met with the store manger, it was so relaxed and he was easy going. I thought I bombed it because I started choking on my spit! But he really ended up liking me and he had me fill out a background check form. I got set up with another interview with the district manager for the following day (Tuesday).
